The minimum age for all morning classes is 15 years old. The minimum age for all afternoon classes is 12 years old.
Reservations for classes are recommended. Reservations and punch card users take priority over walk-ins. Walk-ins are welcome!
The fitness studio will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Plan to arrive between 5-15 minutes before class begins to get checked in.
