One-on-One Personal Training is designed to give people a push in the right direction with their health and fitness regimen without breaking the bank.

Discussions focus on what the individual needs assistance with:
• Lifestyle coaching
• Training programs

• Other appropriate topics tailored to your needs


Tae Bo Kickboxing

Want to add a defensive edge to your workout? Try a kickboxing session to relieve some aggression from a hard day of work or everyday stress.

With a combination of kicks, strikes, blocking, reaction and defense, you will boost your confidence and cardio. This workout will work your body in a new, fun, and exciting way while relieving stress.

This total body workout is delivered in one-on-one training sessions or small groups of 2-4 people using a variety of equipment.

All levels welcome!
